You know the drill.

Time has been going by so very fast. So that means it's time for another picture story post. This pics sum up the past two weekends. Two Saturday's ago I had an amazing day. Starting off with buying tomato plants at the arboretum then picking up free aloe plants. Seven to be exact then immediately on the way home finding that ice cream maker I have been envisioning. It wasn't $2 like I had been envisioning but $7.99 isn't bad for a brand new ice cream maker. Hope you enjoy!

Fun in the back yard.

A trip to 118 degrees...
raw nachos

and samosas

The camera is downstairs otherwise Easter would be in here too. Soon...

Hey, I'm taking a class at 118 this weekend. Cool that you're gardening. I keep threatening to....

You and your son are so cute! Anyway, lots of fun ahead with the garden. That will be great. And the food looks nummy!

What is this 118? I must know! WOW! My stomach is grumbling and begging me to discover the recipe for the raw nachos especially! YUM!

I found your blog through the blogroll of one of the members of the 123RAW forum...just joined today and hoping to make the change as soon as I feel a wee bit more comfortable (i.e. know what the heck I'm going to eat for at least a month after I start so I don't fall off the wagon or something...yea, ok, I'm a bit OCD...just a bit!)

Thanks so much for your blog. I look forward to coming back for more tips on how to "go raw"! =D

oh man...I LOVE 118 degrees..they always give me shit because everytime I go there I order the baja burrito.

I'm taking a class there this sunday...I'm just hoping it's not all shit that I already know though...

Two of you in the class tomorrow. I have met Jenny, but I don't think a class is for me. I have enough books to keep me busy for awhile. But thanks to her I am hooked on Matcha! So if you guys aren't too full we should all meetup there or even at Au Lac. April you haven't been there yet, right?

Nicole- 118 degrees is a chic little raw restaurant we have here in Orange County.

word to that.
the class was actually a surprise gift from my dad for my birthday that passed in feb.
I'm going to push for more complex things, despite this being a "basic cuisine" class..since I already do a pretty good job at making entrees and desserts..but whatev..it's free, so it's all good.

nope..haven't been to Au Lac yet, damn it...!

What a nice gift. You will probably learn how to make her awesome cheeses. I take it back I would love a class with Juliano, especially his certification class. Good luck with dad's bday.

April Nicole - the class was a gift for me as well, from my boyfriend. I'm definitely down with learning more than the basics. I do need the sprouting info though--haven't done much of that. Did you get the email on the portola location?

Disa - Au Lac would be cool some time. I haven't been there yet.

oh man YES. I'd love to learn how to make his effing kale chips...my god..the first time I ever tried though..I think a small piece of me died on the inside from never having tried them beforehand.
