A little something to share.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone is having fun setting goals, making resolutions and setting forth the greatest passions and intentions into this new year. I have had a break from my full-time job and I have really loved being able to focus on the work that I really want to be doing. That is one of my highest goals, is to be able to have that freedom and space all the time! There has been so much going on in my heart and head. I wish I could blog it all, but I will spare you all and try to make this one simple.

My brain is too jumbled right now so i won't attempt to share any wisdom or insight. Instead I will let Heidi and JS do it. They recently did a product review for Elements For Life, and I was so blown away by it I thought I would share. I recently signed up to be a distributor with Elements for Life. Although the concept made sense to me at first, it did take me a while to dive in. But now that I am in I am loving it, I love the team and all the support and ideas that you get from being on the Superhero Team. This is exactly what I want to be a part of. A community where people are encouraging you and support you to set and achieve your goals. It's really fun doing something where I and everyone else really believes in the products. I am waiting with anticipation for my first shipment to arrive. I am now noticing their profound effect on me. When I was in New York I had Marine Phytoplankton everyday, and also some Island Fire and Gold. Ito has also served up the Gold Rush many times. But I noticed that I felt better than expected in New York, even with all the stress of traveling, being in a new environment, dealing with experiences that could have been really stressful and emotional. Not to mention eating my share of food that I usually don't indulge in. I really think that those SuperFoods helped me out. Anyhow, check out what the lovely folks at Raw Food Right Now thought of the products and if you want any more information please feel free to contact me. Until next time, have a healthy and prosperous 2009.
